Cold Brew
Cold brew is simply coffee that has been brewed with room temperature rather than hot water and usually involves a long steeping process—anywhere between 12-24 hours. In terms of flavor, cold brew is generally characterized as smooth, low-acid, and heavier than its hot brewed counterparts.

Brewing Instructions:

- Add the ground coffee to the brewing vessel.
- Add the appropriate amount of filtered water onto the coffee grounds. Stir well to ensure that all grounds are evenly saturated.
- Cover and allow to steep for 18 hours. For best results, keep your cold brew at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
- After 18 hours, strain the coffee grounds from the brew to avoid imparting bitterness. If the brew is too strong, dilute with cold water.
- If refrigerated in an air-tight container, the cold brew will last 3-4 days.
